Our Returns Policy
30 day returns policy
To give you peace of mind while purchasing a robot-vacuum or Luba mower, we offer 30 day returns on all new robot-vacuums and robot-mowers, subject to the following terms:
- Only valid on robot vacuums purchased from Robomate within the last 30 days.
- You must return the product in ‘as new’ condition with all items, including packaging.
- Robot must be returned to Robomate within the 30 day period. A 10 day grace period may be extended at our discretion.
- This return offer is only valid once per customer, household, or address, unless approved prior in writing by us.
- Accessories and other products are excluded from this offer.
- The return is only valid if it has been used according to its intended, domestic use, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Robomate staff.
- You will need to repackage the robot as it was received, attach a courier label and ensure safe handover to the courier for return. You are liable for all shipping costs.
- Damage to any part of the product may invalidate this return offer.
- Only the product costs are refundable, any additional costs are non-refundable (installation if applicable, shipping, etc).
- This offer is for genuine purchasers only, for the sole purpose of evaluating the performance of the robot. You must be willing to attempt to resolve any issues prior to returning the product.
Accessories & other products
Items excluded from our 30 day returns policy are non-returnable for change of mind. If an item is faulty within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with its warranty terms.
